Kangana Ranaut got "Kites" with Hrithik Roshan

Kites' starring Hrithik Roshan, Kangana Ranaut and the Mexican beauty Barbara Mori. So has director Anurag Basu, who has refused to reveal even a bit of the tale. But outspoken Kangana spilled the beans to us.

"Hrithik is playing the Salsa dance teacher. I play a rich girl from Las Vegas who learns Salsa from him. Naturally, I fall in love with him. Now whether we remain together or part ways is what you have to wait and watch," says Kangana with a twinkle in her eyes. But our well placed source lets the cat out of the bag.

Throwing further light on the story, the source says, "Barbara Mori plays a Spanish girl. Hrithik speaks in Hindi while Barbara speaks in Spanish. Yet language is no barrier and the two fall in love. Barbara will be seen in the first half of the film while Kangana steps in the second half, after Barbara and Hrithik split."

When asked about this, producer Rakesh Roshan gives an ambiguous reply, quite poetically at that, saying, "'Kites' is a romantic thriller. When kites fly in the air they embrace each other but when one of the kites cuts the other and what follows after that is what the story is all about."
